This addon is obsolete since patch 4.0.1 because this functionality is now in the default UI.
OnlySkillups adds another filter possibility to the Tradeskill window.
The filter can be toggled with the butten left to the "Have materials" checkbox. When enabled this filter will only show recipes that have a chance to give a skillup. This makes it easier to find those recipies that will improve your Tradeskill level, but are lower in the list.
In the image below you can see at the left side gray recipes with the filter disabled. On the right side the filter is enabled and no gray recipes are shown anymore.
